Men Yanping, Female, ethnic Han Chinese, was born in August 1964, full-time postgraduate, Master of Engineering, associate researcher. Serves as the deputy secretary of the Party committee and Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection of Shanghai University of Engineering Science.
Men Yanping served as Deputy Director of Laboratory Division, Deputy Director and Director of 211 Project Office, Sub-party Secretary of School of Life Science and Technology of Shanghai Jiao Tong University; Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and Secretary of Discipline Inspection Committee of Shanghai Maritime University. Men Yanping has been engaged in teaching, laboratory management, project management of higher education key construction, discipline construction, faculty construction and party building. She was awarded the Meiji Dairy Life Science Prize, and got the title of Excellent Party Worker in Shanghai Education and Health Party Committee System.
