She used to serve as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Shanghai Maritime University Committee, Deputy Secretary of the CPC University of Shanghai for Science and Technology Committee. She assumed her current role in April 2026.
She is responsible for presiding over the overall work of the CPC SUES Committee.
