SUES Yoga Club is a community to cultivate one's original nature. The usual activities involves teaching students yoga skills and yoga practice. In practicing yoga, we can improve ourselves physiologically, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually to achieve harmony in mind and spirit so that we can face life with a positive attitude.

We focus on training members’attention, strengthening the function of respiratory system, keeping the spine soft, keeping fit and losing weight.
