Zhu Xiaoqing, female, born in July 1970, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, master of Management, associate professor, joined the CPC in June 1992 and started working in July 1992, and is now deputy Party secretary and vice president of Shanghai University of Engineering Science.
She served successively as secretary of CPC general branch of Shanghai Education Television Station, director of the Organization Department, the United Front Department and the Human Resources Department of Shanghai Open University, and deputy director of the Party and Government Office of Shanghai Television University, etc.She was once elected to representative of the 16th People’s Congress of Hongkou District of Shanghai and the 10th Party Congress of Shanghai.
She has been engaged in adult education and open education, and published more than ten academic papers in journals such as Education Development Research, Open Education Research, Educational Informatization, Modern Distance Education Research, and Modern Distance Education. She has also participated in many scientific research projects organized by Central Radio and Television University, Shanghai Education Commission and Shanghai Institute of Distance Higher Education.
