Research Fields

Advanced materials processing method and its reliability.

Research direction: (1) High energy beam processing technology (Laser, Electron beam), (2) Advanced welding technology on light metal alloy (aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy) using for high-speed train or aerospace, (3) Advanced manufacturing technology on high temperaturemetal and its gradient material (rhenium, iridium, molybdenum, cobalt, titanium) using for airspace engine; (4) Precision welding and special joining technology on Large thick steel plate and ultrathin parts; (5) Fatigue damage and structure integrity of material and welded structure.
