Shanghai Municipal Education Commission audited and approved Shanghai University of Engineering Science in 2003 to launch the Sino-American Transportation Cooperative Bachelor Degree Program (Automotive Application Engineering) with Lawrence Technological University. The major of Transportation (Automotive Application Engineering) was founded in 1986, and in 2001 this major was assessed as a key discipline. The cooperative program is organized by four academic years. The qualified graduates will receive the graduation certificate and bachelor degree certificate from Shanghai University of Engineering Science.
