The School closely tracks the need for aircraft maintenance talents due to development of civil aviation industry and the location of national large-scale civil aviation aircraft manufacturing base in Shanghai. Students are expected to be trained intofirst-line high-quality applied engineering and technical talents who:have a good grasp of the fundamental theoretical knowledge; grasp the expertise related to the aircraft structure, aircraft systems, aircraft engine theory and structure, fault diagnosis technology, aero-engine accessories systems, aircraft electrical systems, avionics, etc.; has a potent capability of studying, analyzing and resolving ordinary engineering technology problem in the related fields.
