Features: on the background of rapid development of the civil aviation industry, this Major emphasizes cross-subject clustering of enterprise management, public relations, psychology and other disciplines. With air cabin service as the main learning content, this Major focuses on training students with professional knowledge, service concept, English conversation ability, interpersonal communication, image temperament training, and strengthens cabin service skills training, so that students can be familiar with the international norms and professional ethics before airline internship and have the professional expertise regarding organization & management of cabin service; students are designed to become senior professional and technical application-oriented talents who: adapt to the needs of civil aviation industry development; support the party’s basic line and develop in an all-round manner ( morally, intellectually, physically and aesthetically); have a good physical and mental quality, professional ethics, communication skills, teamwork ability, and the ability to grasp new knowledge and new skills; have a high level of spoken English; are familiar with the international norms of the industry; can assume the positions of civil aviation crew, air security, etc.

Employment Orientation: graduates may work at large airlines companies, airport groups, cruise, high-speed rail and other high-end service enterprises. Special requirements: considering that air crew and other air crew work require excellent physical conditions, candidates shall pass the interview and physical examination by civil aviation hospitals for civil aviation (that is, physical examination conducted by China Civil Aviation for flight attendants); only qualified candidates can apply for this Major.
