Zhang Xiuli, female, Ph.D, awarded from East China University of Science and Technology. Associate Professor, School of Fundamental Studies, Shanghai University of Engineering Science. +86-21-67791191, xlzhang@sues.edu.cn /xlzhangs@yeah.net.
Research Fields
Zhang Xiuli focuses her academic research on the studies of the organic ferroelectric properties in poly (vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) (P(VDF-TrFE)) and the design of organic memory devices ferroelectric devices, such as ferroelectric random access memory (FeRAM). At present the main work concerns the preparation of all-organic ferroelectric field-effect transistor (FeFET) by an all-solution method based on flexible substrate and the related logic circuit. Now she is responsible forascientific researchproject sponsored by Natural Science Foundation of Shanghai.Up to now, she has worked as the first author and published 12 peer-reviewed journal papers, which are SCI-indexed, such as Applied Physics Letters、Journal of Applied Physics、Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics.
