Personal Information

Chen Guanglong, male, Ph.D, awarded from Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics (SIOM). Associate Professor, School of Fundamental Studies, Shanghai University of Engineering Science. +86-21-67791191, chenguanglong@sues.edu.cn.

Research Fields

Professor Chen Guanglong focuses his academic research on the experimental and theoretical studies on the interaction of the femtosecond intense laser pulses with the gas clusters in high field laser physics, including the table-top laser nuclear fusion, characterization of the gas cluster source under high gas backing pressure, and the plasma waveguide from the interaction of cluster jet with femtosecond laser pulse with high intensity. At present, the main work concerns the investigation on the cluster size in supersonic cluster jet under high gas backing pressure by Rayleigh scattering technology and the theoretical simulation.
