SUES Won the Second Prize of the 10th National University Students Real Estate Planning Competition

From December 1st to 2nd, Yi Ju CUP The 10th National College Students Real Estate Planning Competition Final, which showcases the highest level of College Students'real estate planning competition in China, was held in East China Normal University. The Little Bee Station Team of SUES engineering management majors advanced to the national finals as the first prize of East China Competition Area, and performed well in the finals, winning the second prize again. In this contest, SUES won a total of 1 national second prize, 1 first prize in East China competition area, 1 second prize and 2 third prize.


Engineering management is a very practical major. In talents education, engineering management teachers have long attached importance to cultivating students'practical and innovative abilities, focusing on cultivating students' ability to solve practical problems in the field of capital construction with professional knowledge of Engineering technology, economy and management, and encouraging students to participate in enterprise practice and social practice.In order to make more students combine their knowledge with social practice and broaden their horizons and cognitive abilities, engineering management teachers Wang Yujing, Wu Kaize, Wang Jing and Xufeng formed a team of competition mentors.On the basis of winning the first prize of East China Competition Area and the second prize of the whole country last year, the continued to actively organize students to participate in the competition this year. On October 21, 2018, in the East China Regional Quarterly held by East China Normal University, the team won 1 first prize, 1 second prize and 2 third prize in the East China Regional Quarterly.


On the eve of the competition, the first prize winner, Little Bee Team, actively prepared for the national finals. Because of the tense preparation time and difficult questions, the students stayed up all night. Teachers took advantage of the evening and weekend breaks to guide the whole process, and finally won the honor for SUES.


      The National College Students'Real Estate Planning Competition is jointly organized by China Real Estate Association and China Architectural Education Association. A total of 6500 students from 170 colleges and universities across the country entered the competition. After nearly eight months of fierce competition, 38 teams finally emerged and advanced to the national finals. Only East China Normal University and Shanghai University of Engineering Science entered the finals in Shanghai universities. SUES engineering management majors have been promoted to the national finals twice in a row and have achieved good results, which has effectively promoted the national popularity of Engineering Management Majors in our university.
