February 14 is China’s traditional festival—the Lantern Festival, a day for family reunion. For the students studying away from hometowns to feel warmth, the school held an activity of “Send out rice dumplings at the Lantern Festival, Warm the students’ hearts on Campus” at Canteen No. 1 and No. 4. 500 students dining at the canteen got a free portion of sweet and delicious rice dumplings. Look, the students were eating the sweet and delicious rice dumplings with happy smile on their faces and they all said that the school had brought them deep warmth and sincere concern. Chen Junjie, a junior student from City Metro Transportation College, said, “In order to prepare for the postgraduate examination, I came back school from my hometown nine days after the Spring Festival. Unable to spend Rice Dumpling Festival at home, my parents and I all felt very sad. I didn’t expect that I could eat sweet and sticky rice dumplings at school and this was the first time I spent the festival with my classmates!”He also said, “our school always cares about the students.
