Xu Jiping, bornin1974, graduatedfrom ChinaUniversityofPoliticalScienceand Law with aBachelordegreeinLaw (1997)and FudanUniversitywitha Master degree in Law (2004).
From 1997 to 2000, Xuworked as aTeaching AssistantinSocialScience Department of NanchangHangkongUniversity andwonthehonorofmost popularteacher in 2000. Since 2004, Xuhasworked asa Teaching Assistant,LecturerandAssociate Professor inthe Social Science Department of Shanghai UniversityofEngineeringScience.
Currently, Xu's principal researchfieldincludes LaborRelations, Labor Law and Dispute settlement system.
Xu’s former or current social positions include: a member of Expert Group in Shanghai Education Labor Union Theoretical Research Center, a member of Lecturers’ Group for Oversea Chinese in Oriental Forum; a guest host in Online Mediation Room, a program which is hosted by the Web Portal of Shanghai Political and Legal Comprehensive Treatment; a part-time Researcher in the Center of Industrial Cluster and Enterprises Development in Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, etc.
