Research Fields
My major research field is social policy，and focuses on the process of implementation of public policy of local governments, especially research operation mechanism of how local governments work and behind it.
Research Achievements
I hosted several provincial research projects, a Shanghai outstanding selection of young projects, 2 Shanghai Municipal Education Commission Teaching Projects, a university teaching programs. I participated in two national projects, 19 provincial and ministerial government projects, 2 government projects, a municipal teaching projects, a university teaching project. I published more than 10 papers , three of them in core journals, received a provincial teaching achievement award, a school teaching awards and involved in the preparation of a textbook publishing.
