Course Description:

This is a “Shanghai Colleges and Universities Model Course Taught-in-English” and also one of the core major courses for Information Management and Information System. With the original textbooks, through case studies, students not only master the knowledge of system models but also improve their ability of EPA by using the original textbooks, especially listening and speaking. This course is all taught in English, which highlights its advantage, that is, in limited time, the accuracy of information conveying and the actual volume of using the original textbooks are better improved than that of translated textbooks, in particular in helping students to understand the difference between Chinese and English. In the English environment, students are able to apply the marks and standards of different models to the practical cases. Through cases, students are able to systematically master system model design and softwares development. This course entails not only solid computer knowledge but also good ability of EPA, and systematic analysis thinking as well.
