Course Description: This is one of the feature courses for students of industrial engineering. Conducted in English, the course mainly deals with the formation and development of supply chain management, its basic concepts and methods, the management of production and operation, the management of inventory and information, warehouse management and material handling, logistics and transportation, supply chain design, supply chain information technology etc. The course uses case studies to make students understand SCM from a new perspective and develop their ability to combine theory with practice.
