Course Description: This course, one of the professional specialty courses for Human Resource Management majors, introduces human resource management activities under the international perspective, improving the students’ skills of managing international human resources through the the related classic case analysis. The course covers international personnel selection and placement, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation management, employee relocation and recall and international labor relations. This course enables students to master the practical processes of human resource management in international business, to skillfully read international human resource management professional information in English, and to make students adapt to the trend of economic globalization and meet the demand of more international talent.
