Course Description: This course, one of the professional specialty courses for Human Resource Management majors, introduces human resource management activities under the international perspective, improving the students’ skills of managing international human resources through the the related classic case analysis. The course covers international personnel selection and placement, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation management, employee relocation and recall and international labor relations.
