The 2020 National Vocational College Skills Competition (Reform Pilot Competition), jointly sponsored by 17 ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Education, Municipal Government of Tianjin, Shandong Provincial Government, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, was held at the Jinan Engineering Vocational and Technical College, Shandong, from November 28-29th, with 29 teams from 29 provinces and cities participating in the competition. Through fierce competition, the team composed of six teachers---Ru Qiusheng, Yan Weilong, Sun Fang, Feng Jianming, Xie Zhenzhen, Chen Guozhen, and three students--Liu Linfeng, Wu Honglin, and Dai Yuhao won the second prize for the project team of CNC Machine Tool Installation and Technical Transformation from vocational colleges group.
The competition was designed to meet the needs of professional talents and professional practical teaching in the current industry and society. It is based on the national professional standards and the real working scenes of enterprises. It also focuses on the training projects of electrical installation and adjustment, system debugging, accuracy detection, maintenance and repair of CNC machine tools, etc.
