Female, ethnic Han Chinese, born in July 1970, CPC member, master of management, associate professor. She joined the Communist Party of China in June 1992, started working in July 1992.Currently serves as the deputy secretary of the party committee and vice president of Shanghai University of Engineering Science.
She used to serve as the secretary of the CPC General Branch of Shanghai Education Television, director of the Organization Department, United Front Work Department and Human Resources Department of Shanghai Open University, and Deputy Director of the CPC Office of Shanghai Distance Education Group and Shanghai TV University.
Her main research interests are adult education and open education. She has published more than ten academic papers in journals such as Education Development Research, Open Education Research, Education Informatization, Modern Distance Education Research and Modern Distance Education, etc., and participated in many scientific research projects of Central Radio and Television University, Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and Shanghai Distance Higher Education Society.
