Xu Yang, male, ethnic Han Chinese, was born in May 1977, with his ancestral hometown in Rongcheng, Shandong Province. CPC member, Master of Laws, Associate Researcher. He joined the Communist Party of China in November 1998 and started working in July 1999, currently serves as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and Vice President of Shanghai University of Engineering Science.
He served as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of School of Air Transportation, Deputy Director of the Student Affairs Office, Director of the Student Affairs Office, Director of President’s Office, Director of Alumni Office, Member of the CPC SUES Standing Committee, Director of the Publicity Department at Shanghai University of Engineering Science.
He has won the second prize of National Teaching Achievement Award, the special prize and the first prize of Shanghai Teaching Achievement Award,Shanghai Yucai Award, etc.
