Program Introduction: It’s a four-year bachelor of engineering degree program. This program is a pilot program for the Excellent Engineer Education Training Programs by the Ministry of Education, and it is also a pilot program for the Shanghai applied undergraduate program. This program is under review of National Engineering Education Professional Accreditation. This program is characterized by rubber engineering, and the graduates will master the basic theory and knowledge of chemistry, engineering, and natural science, and take advanced manufacturing industry and new materials as the professional background. Simultaneously, the graduates will master the composition, structure, and performance of polymer (especially rubber and plastics), formulation design, material testing, pay attention to new products, new technologies, new technology development, application of new processes, and the cultivation of engineering practice ability. This program aims to cultivate excellent talents who are good at both theory and practice to meet the basic requirements of engineering education in the field of higher engineering.
