Program Introduction: It’s a four-year bachelor of management degree program. This major is closely combined with the construction of six university subject groups in our university. It adheres to strengthening basic theory education, highlighting professional characteristics, paying attention to the coordinated development of knowledge, ability and quality, integrating theory with practice, and strengthening the cultivation of innovation ability. We should pay attention to the combination with the classical human resource management theory, the reality of human resource management practice in China, and the combination of discipline research and local economic development. In terms of personnel training specifications, it focuses on training higher applied human resource management talents with engineering background who understand modern manufacturing technology and industrial development law. In the personnel training mode, we should create a platform, process, modular personnel training mode.
