Program Introduction: It’s a four-year bachelor of arts degree program. This program was established to meet the urgent need for highly-skilled cabin service personnel in the rapidly growing civil aviation industry. The aim is to cultivate professionals with strong artistic and cultural literacy, a sense of social responsibility, and the ability to demonstrate the spirit of labor and selfless dedication in aviation service and management practices. Students will develop a deep understanding of and adherence to aviation service professional ethics and standards. They will be trained to foster the serve the country through aviation spirit and develop strong interpersonal communication skills and service awareness. The program provides foundational theories in arts, management, and aviation services, equipping students with basic abilities to perform tasks related to cabin service and passenger management in air passenger transportation. Graduates will be prepared to work as high-quality, applied professionals in airlines, airport groups, and related enterprises in the civil aviation industry.
