On the morning of July 15, the G60 Sci-Tech Innovation Corridor and SUES held a conference on the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy at the Songjiang District Government Office Center. The event was attended by Lou Yongqi, President of SUES; Wang Huajie, Secretary of the CPC Songjiang District Committee; Chen Rong and Gong Kankan, Deputy District Heads; and Wang Shuangxing, Chairman of China Chemical Engineering Construction Group Co., Ltd (CNCEC).
At the meeting, Lou Yongqi introduced the University's distinctive work in integrating industry and education. SUES possesses unique industrial genes in talent cultivation and technological innovation, and he expressed hope for strengthened collaboration with Songjiang District to integrate innovative resources and contribute to the integrated development of the campus, industrial park, and urban area.
Wang Huajie provided an overview of Songjiang District, stating that the district would focus on achieving its goals of becoming a cluster zone for advanced manufacturing development, a pioneer zone for new quality productive forces development, a model zone for modern new city construction, and a demonstration zone for comprehensive rural revitalization, and transform its strategic potential into momentum for high-quality development amidst its transformation.
Wang Shuangxing introduced the key aspects of CNCEC, expressing hope that the three parties would jointly facilitate the establishment of a national strategic emerging industrial base for the low-altitude economy in Songjiang.
The three parties engaged in in-depth discussions on leveraging their respective strengths to launch strategic cooperation in areas such as headquarters economy, talent cultivation, low-altitude economy industrial bases, centralized procurement centers, aerospace engineering industrial centers, engineering construction, and industrial funds.
The National University Science Park of SUES will further promote the implementation of projects integrating industry and education and facilitating the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements at the University, providing solutions from the university science park for the three parties to jointly establish a low-altitude economy industrial base and a talent cultivation practice base.
