On January 18 and 21, under the guidance and supervision of experts from Shanghai Safety Supervision Station, SUES Songjiang Campus Phase II project CO2, C03 section successfully passed the overall completion acceptance. Yao Xiuping, vice president of SUEs, attended the acceptance meeting. The infrastructure department of SUES, together with the responsible persons of the five participating construction units, such as the acting construction unit, the design unit, the investigation, supervision,and the construction general contract unit, participated in the project completion acceptance meeting.
Liu Guobin, director of the Infrastructure Department, presided over the acceptance meeting, and the main units of the five parties involved in the construction reported on all aspects of the project one after another. After listening to the reports of the parties, the acceptance expert group investigated and consulted the relevant information on the spot and fully took into account the acceptance opinions of the relevant departments. After full discussion, it is agreed that the contract contents of CO2 and C03 bid sections of SUES Songjiang Campus Phase II project have been completed on schedule, the quality of the project meets the requirements of the relevant specifications, and the project has passed the completion acceptance smoothly. Experts from Shanghai Construction Safety and quality Supervision Station affirmed the acceptance results.
At the acceptance meeting, Yao Xiuping, vice principal, introduced the historical background and development prospects of the school and the project to the experts of the Shanghai Safety and quality Supervision Station and the participating parties, and fully affirmed the construction of the project. He expressed gratitude for the efforts made by the participating construction units, and at the same time asked the participating construction policies to do a good job in rectifying and implementing the problems found in the acceptance process in a timely manner and cooperating in the transfer work. The responsible persons of the construction general contracting units of CO2 and C03 bid sections have stated that they will actively implement the acceptance and rectification opinions, and take the declaration and evaluation of the Shanghai Construction Project Magnolia Award in the first half of next year as an opportunity to bring the project to a successful conclusion.
As a key project of the 12th five-year Plan, the Songjiang Campus Phase II project of the city's major engineering project lasted more than 600 days, during which the project management team composed of infrastructure and construction agents worked together through precision cooperation. They have always adhered to the goal of creating a high-quality education project, actively mobilize the enthusiasm of the project participants, ensure that the project site always maintain a high fighting spirit, carry forward the spirit of not afraid of the cold and summer, overcome difficulties and overcome difficulties. They firmly controlled the safety, quality, progress and investment control of the four management objectives, and promoted the smooth completion and acceptance of the project before the Spring Festival in 2019.
In the course of the project construction, the two sections of the Songjiang Campus Phase II project won the title of Shanghai civilized site in 2017, and passed the acceptance of the city's high-quality structural engineering. CO2 site also won the 2018 Shanghai Model Construction site title. The project management team and individual also won the title of excellent team in Shanghai major engineering project meritorious service competition and the title of outstanding builder in Shanghai major engineering project meritorious service competition respectively. The project acceptance has been completed, and the capital construction office will make unremitting efforts with the project management team to complete the final finishing work, so as to ensure the successful operation of the project in 2019.
