One of the Six Laboratories in China: SUES “Big Data Analysis Laboratory of Aircraft Manufacturing, Operation and Maintenance” shortlisted for the 2022 Alliance of Industrial Internet Laboratory

On January 7, the list of laboratories of the 2022 Industrial Internet Alliance was announced, and the “Big Data Analysis Laboratory of Civil Aircraft Manufacturing, Operation and Maintenance” headed by Professor Li Yuanyuan from School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering SUES was approved. According to reports, more than 40 organizations submitted applications for the alliance laboratory in 2022, including well-known enterprises in the industry such as Huawei, iFLYTEK, China Mobile, and China Unicom, as well as well-known universities like Beijing Institute of Technology, Northeastern University, and Beijing University of Science and Technology, etc. After the procedure of review, laboratory verification, publicity, and deliberation organized by the alliance, a total of 6 units were finally approved for the Industrial Internet Alliance Laboratory.


Under the guidance of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, Alliance of Industrial Internet aims to accelerate the development of the country's industrial Internet and promote the coordinated development of industrial Internet industry, education, research and application. The industry alliance is the largest and most influential industry alliance in the field of industrial Internet in China.


With the support of the Ministry of Science and Technology's 2030 New Generation Artificial Intelligence Major Project, the Big Data Analysis Laboratory of Civil Aircraft Manufacturing, Operation and Maintenance shortlisted this time has teamed up with numerous companies and universities to set up a basic platform for big data analysis of civil aircraft manufacturing, operation, and maintenance, establish a typical scenario application demonstration of civil aircraft manufacturing, operation and maintenance, and contribute to the national strategy of intelligent manufacturing of domestic large aircrafts.
