Research Fields
The
RCMST focuses its research area on Chemical Separation Engineering and Environmental Resources Engineering. Main research topics cover the mechanism and process control of pharmaceutical crystallization, novel media and technologies for membrane separation and chromatographic separation, the coupling of chromatography and crystallization, the applications of modern separation technologies into green manufacturing and resources recycling, etc.

(1) Preparative Medium Pressure Liquid Chromatography (PMPLC)
EZ Purifier III, 200-800nm UV detector, PC control, Flow rate: 1-100mL/min, Pressure: 100Psi, Temperature: 15-40ºC.
(2) Laboratory Membranes Separating Unit (LMSU) For UF/NF/RO/MF
HPLM-1812, Area: 0.4m2, Pressure: 60-120PSI, Temperature: 5-45℃, Flow rate: 0.5-5L/h.
(3) Multifunctional Crystallization System (MCS)
Conduct cooling, evaporation, reactive etc. crystallizations.
(4) Lab Scale Ion-Exchange Chromatography (LSIEC)
BK-10B, Pressure: 2Mpa, Diameter: 55mm, Height: 500mm, Capacity: 5 m3/h.
