Research Fields

I am involved in teaching and research work of engineering project management, Social Security, especially the housing security research, and a graduate student supervisor in this field, team member of the Shanghai Municipal Key Program--Social security discipline. My research area is centered on the policy of “Housing Support” and “house-for-pension”. I have chaired the project “On actively promote housing reverse mortgage loan” and was honored with the third prize in the Seventh Shanghai Municipal Government Decision Consultation Award” .
