Xu Kaiyu, Female, ethnic Han Chinese, born in March 1970, with her ancestral hometown in Hulan, Heilongjiang Province, CPC member, doctor, professor. She joined the Communist Party of China in January 1999, currently serves as Vice President of Shanghai University of Engineering Science.
In 1992, she graduated from the School of Maritime Engineering at Northwestern Polytechnical University with a bachelor's degree in Applied Electronic Technology. In 1995, she graduated from the Department of Electronic Engineering at Harbin Engineering University with a master's degree in Signal and Information Processing. In 2006, she graduated from Shanghai Maritime University with a doctorate in Power Electronics and Power Drives.
She began her career in 1995, engaging in teaching, research, and management work. She held several positions, including Deputy Dean of the School of Information Engineering, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Department at Shanghai Maritime University, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Department at Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, Director of the Science and Technology Development Center at Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, and Director of the Scientific Research Department at Shanghai Municipal Education Commission.
She has received the Baosteel Education Fund Excellent Teacher Award and the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Shanghai.
