October 18 at 10 a.m., Volunteers for the 3rd China International Import Expo (CIIE) took their oaths in Hong Hall at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). Six of them, who are called Little Leaves and once volunteered for the epidemic prevention activity, led the volunteers to take the oath, Let's go for our youth! Let's work together for the Expo!It is reported that nearly 500 volunteers on the site and 4,300 online volunteers joined this activity.
Ten volunteers for the Expo are selected from SUES and they joined the oath-taking ceremony. Those volunteers who are on campus took part in the ceremony and the training program by watching the live show of the ceremony. By memorizing the words in the oath, the Little Leaves strengthened their determination to devote their efforts to the Expo, and these activities demonstrated SUES students' confidence and passion
Today I participated in the volunteer induction ceremony for CIIE, came across many anti-epidemic volunteers who will also serve as Little Leaves in the Expo. In the face of the epidemic and the Expo, we should pay extra attention to guard against the virus. Through professional, attentive and first-class service, we should fully show China's hospitality, openness and self-confidence, and fully display Shanghai's urban spirit and civic style. We will work together and put forth more efforts to construct a never-ending Expo. In this way, we will let the world see the prosperity and strength of our motherland.

I am a sophomore and being a“Little Leaf” I feel that it is a great honor to be a volunteer for the Expo once again. In last Expo, I witnessed a large number of volunteers, who worked hard on their posts with patient attitude, sincere smile, dedication and love to meet the guests and friends from each corner of the world. After participating in this Expo volunteer induction ceremony, I believe the Little Leaves will join together and do better. The Little Leaveswill provide best service with their full enthusiasm. We will be the representatives demonstrating the image of youth at SUES and the image of the youth in the new era! We are ready for the dauntless exploration!

Even now I still remember the vivid pictures of my previous experience in the Expo. This time I will be even more active and fuller of enthusiasm to do the volunteer tasks seriously and rigorously. So that I can provide the best service for the guests and friends from all over the world. As a sophomore, I should never forget my original aim, and have the courage to accept the task and work hard in order to illustrate the youth style at SUES.

The Expo will be held in ten days. I still remember the opening of the Expo last year. In that Expo, the volunteers provide the best service with their enthusiasm for the guests and friends from each and every corner of the world. And this year although the COVID-19 is still spreading around the world, the Expo can is still held on time. So that it is a test for us, and I believe we can successfully complete this task! Let's work hard for our motherland. Let's put forth more efforts for the beauty of Shanghai. Let's go for our youth! Let's work together for the Expo.

In the upcoming service days, I will be proactive and hand over a satisfactory answer sheet for the test.

It is my honor to participate in the Expo's induction ceremony this year. I'm deeply moved by the splendid scene of the ceremony that included nearly 500 Little Leaves. At the ceremony, the volunteer theme song The Power of Youth integrates the dauntless youth into the enthusiasm of going to the Expo. From the song and the MV, we see a large number of anti-epidemic volunteers and volunteers for the Expo. Their deeds and stories illustrate the volunteer spirit in the new era. At the same time, their deeds and stories demonstrate the strength and voice of the expo volunteers, let's go with dauntless courage. I hope I will grow steady and fast on the stage of the Expo and devote my efforts for the Expo.
