SUES Engineering Training Intelligent Vehicle Club Wins National Special Prize in National University Students Intelligent Car Race

From August 18 to 20, the 20th National Final of National University Students Intelligent Car Race was held at Hangzhou Dianzi University. After fierce competition with over 700 teams from 294 universities across the country, multiple teams from SUES’ Engineering Training Intelligent Vehicle Club achieved outstanding results. Team guided by teachers Chen Dexin and Zhao Chunfeng from the Engineering Training Center won the national special prize in the Complete Model Group. Additionally, the Club received 1 national first prize, 2 national second prizes, 6 East China Regional first prizes, and 2 East China Regional second prizes.

 

Established officially in 2019, the Engineering Training Intelligent Vehicle Club has grown and evolved alongside the turnover of student participants, updates to competition content and rules, and increasing technical challenges, accumulating rich competitive experience. Centered on academic competitions, the Club conducts recruitment and training. While bringing honor to SUES, it also ignites students' research interests and potential, effectively enhancing their comprehensive application abilities and engineering innovation capabilities.
