School of Art and Design Conducts Collaborative Exchanges with RMUPT’s Faculty of Mass Communication Technology, Thailand

On June 23, a delegation led by Prof. Wichaphon Thiebchaturas, Dean of the Faculty of Media Technology at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), Thailand, visited SUES’ School of Art and Design. The guests were warmly received at the Industry-Education Integration Building on Changning Campus by Li Yunxian, Director of the Administration Committee of School of Art and Design; Gao Zhu, Dean of the School; Xu Jianghua, Vice Dean; Wang Zhe, founder of the Yangtze River Delta G60·Metaverse Digital Experience Hall; He Binglun, project coordinator of the International Office; and young faculty representatives Hu Yuanyuan and Chen Lu. The meeting was chaired by Xu Jianghua.



Li Yunxian extended a warm welcome and sincere greetings to Dean Wichaphon Thiebchaturas and his delegation. She expressed hope that this exchange would deepen mutual understanding and trust, explore new avenues for collaboration, and yield fruitful results in areas such as faculty and student exchanges, joint research, and cultural interactions.


Gao Zhu provided a detailed introduction of SUES’ School of Art and Design, touching upon its history, faculty distribution, and research achievements, through a promotional video and a PowerPoint-supported presentation.


Wichaphon Thiebchaturas gave a comprehensive overview of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and its Faculty of Mass Communication Technology.


The two sides engaged in discussions on topics of mutual interest, including joint curriculum development, collaborative undergraduate and graduate student cultivation, and international research project applications, etc.



This symposium established a dialogue platform between SUES’ School of Art and Design and RMUTP’s Faculty of Mass Communication Technology, effectively conveying and highlighting SUES’ distinctive vision of internationalized education. School of Art and Design will continue to implement SUES’ international cooperation strategy, contributing artistic expertise to the development of an open, integrated, and globally renowned university that excels both at practical application and innovation.
