On December 23, with the careful preparation and joint efforts of teachers and students of SUES and IFA Paris, France, a Sino-French Warm Winter Show of Creativity” was held at SUES. Yu Tao, President of SUES attended the event. Wang Qin, Director of International Cooperation and Exchange Office, Patrick Kouzmine, President of Council of IFA Paris and Co-Chair Chai Liwei, famous designers Lu Kun, Joaquin Jover Gay, Chen Xi, Brand Operation Manager of Dior, Yin Aixuan, General Manager of Furla China, Liu Peifang, secretary general of Shanghai Fashion Industry Association and other fashion industry professionals as well as students of Sino-French cooperative education program watched the show.
The graduation shows of the Sino-French cooperative education program have been one of the most concerned and anticipated activities of SUES for more than ten years. The sudden epidemic stopped the graduation show for two years. In order to make up for the regret, the costumes for this show included outstanding graduation works from the past two years. After two years, the students' graduation works finally have the opportunity to shine on campus. In addition, according to the theme of this warm winter show, more than 50 sets of costumes specially selected by professional teachers also include the works of Emerging Designer Incubation Program，a Sino-French cooperative studio.
Different from the traditional catwalk show, this campus show made unique innovations in form, content, theme and appreciation. Guests and teachers sat in classrooms and 11 professional models dressed in excellent student works shuttled through the classrooms and corridor with music. This show brought the audience a closer visual enjoyment and injected fresh fashion power into the busy campus at the end of the year!
SUES's Sino-French cooperative program with IFA Paris has built a platform of high-quality education resources for students with design dreams and cultivated a large number of innovative and socially competitive fashion designers.
