SUES leaders convey greetings to the staff and students who stayed at their posts during the Spring Festival

On 1st and 2nd February, the first and the second day of the lunar new year of the Tiger, Secretary of the SUES Party Committee Li Jiang, President Yu Tao, respectively led a team to convey greetings to the staff and students who had stayed at their posts during the Spring Festival, asking about the work security situation, expressing gratitude for their hard work and sending sincere greetings and New Year wishes to them on behalf of SUES. Deputy Secretary of the SUES Party Committee and Union President Shi Jianyong, Vice President Yao Xiuping, attended the visit.


SUES leaders came to the monitoring room of the Security Office, the East Gate Post, the student dormitory and the second canteen of Songjiang Campus, the guard room and the Science and Technology Building of Changning Campus to extend regards to the security staff, dormitory building management staff, logistics staff and students who stayed on campuses for the New Year.



During the visit, Secretary of the SUES Party Committee Li Jiang stressed that all departments should always pay attention to safety, on-the-job staff should stay on the job to perform their duties: continue to strengthen pandemic prevention and control work, maintain the physical and mental health of teachers and students, so that SUES can ensure everyone spends a peaceful and joyful Chinese New Year. On behalf of SUES, Li Jiang thanked everyone for their hard work in the past year and hoped that they would continue to work hard in the new year to make new and greater contributions to the development of SUES.



President Yu Tao communicated with the students who stayed on campus about their study and living needs. He instructed the students to comply with the requirements of epidemic prevention, raise awareness of precautions against coronavirus, protect themselves during the epidemic period scientifically, and stay on campus unless necessary. He hoped that every student will arrange their holiday time wisely, strengthen physical exercise and be ready for the start of the new semester.




The representatives of Party Committee Office, President’s Office, Department of Academic Work, Security Office, Industrial Office, Logistics Department and others departments attended the visit.
